About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate care professional to provide individualised support to clients with varying needs and abilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver tailored support services to meet the unique needs of clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal care and household tasks, ensuring their safety and comfort.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress, providing valuable insights for future support.
  • Prioritise client safety and well-being in all aspects of work, adhering to industry standards and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian citizenship or right to work in Australia.
  • Minimum Certificate III in Individual Support or above.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 or HLTAID012.
  • CPR Certificate HLTAID009.
  • P2 or full driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (preferred).
