**Job Opportunity:** Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with clients in their homes, providing assistance with daily living tasks, personal care, and social support.

About You:

  • Pride yourself on delivering high-quality customer service and possess excellent communication skills.
  • Are enthusiastic, organized, and punctual.
  • Friendly and genuinely care about the clients you assist.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily showers, dressing, grooming, toileting, and monitoring medication.
  • Provide shopping, meal preparation, housekeeping, respite care, and social support.
  • Transport clients for appointments and provide companionship.

Requirements:

  • Certificate III or higher in Individual Support (Ageing, Home and Community).
  • Current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • National Police Clearance Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Australian Driver's Licence (provisional Licence accepted).
  • Clean, reliable, and registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance.
  • Smart Phone.
