Compassionate Care Professional

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Personal Care Worker.
This role involves providing exceptional care to our residents, supporting them to live the life they choose, and promoting their independence.
Your main duties will include:
- Assisting residents with daily hygiene tasks, such as showering, shaving, dressing, and mouth and eye care.
- Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, including engaging in one-on-one activities that promote their well-being.
- Contributing to the physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs of residents, through assessment and observation.
- Delivering personal care tasks, including continence management and assisting residents who require assistance with mobility.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Certificate Level III (Individual Support)
- Effective interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize workloads and manage multiple tasks
- Working knowledge of WHS and Infection Control procedures
- Demonstrated experience working in aged care, health care, or hospitality
