This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our success as a Senior Digital Data Analyst. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, passion for learning, and collaboration.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Mentor junior analysts, sharing your knowledge and expertise to develop their skills and confidence.
  • Analyse digital data, identifying trends and insights that inform business decisions.
  • Derive meaningful conclusions from complex data sets, ensuring accurate and actionable results.
  • Prioritise and implement tracking solutions across digital assets, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage of sales and service journeys.
  • Deliver compelling findings to senior business partners, driving decision-making and contributing to strategic objectives.

About You:

  • A strong foundation in quantitative fields, such as mathematics, computer science, or finance, is highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in contact centres, digital sales, or digital services would be beneficial.
  • Proficiency in analytical techniques, including SQL and/or SAS coding, complemented by advanced Excel skills and effective communication.
  • Experience with data structures, data extraction, and implementation in a digital environment is advantageous.
