Requirements:

  • 10+ years' experience as a People and Culture Executive.
  • Expertise in the development and execution of human resources strategies, initiatives, and processes that directly support an organization's achievement of its strategic objectives.
  • Commercial lens to people solutions and ability to demonstrate competence in areas such as workforce planning and talent acquisition, leadership and capability development, remuneration and reward frameworks, employee succession planning and retention, and employee experience and engagement enhancement.
  • Authentic and energetic leadership style, with the ability to establish respectful and productive relationships with key stakeholders.
