Project Administrator Opportunity in Darwin

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to provide administrative support to our Senior Director in the delivery of project activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality administration and support to the Senior Director
  • Manage diaries, track milestones, and report on project status and finances
  • Coordinate workshops and stakeholder management
  • Assist with risk and issue management

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated project/program experience in an administrative project coordination role
  • High-level organizational and coordination skills, with a positive approach and ability to work autonomously
  • Formal qualification in Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience
