Strategic Growth Specialist

In this role as a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the future of MyState's broker network. You will develop and implement strategies to deepen relationships with mortgage brokers, leveraging your expertise in lending, account or portfolio management, or sales to drive business growth.
As a Strategic Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for onboarding and accrediting new brokers, providing training, and ensuring they have the knowledge and support to succeed. You will also identify opportunities for commercial lending and asset finance solutions, collaborating with stakeholders to drive business growth.
