As a Revenue Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving sales conversion across the hotel's MICE and Events markets. You will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with clients through regular travel opportunities.

You will work closely with guests from initial enquiry to contracting, collaborating effectively with Event Planning professionals for seamless handovers. Your main responsibilities will include developing and executing strategic business plans to drive account portfolio growth.

Main Requirements
