The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our strategic partnership with Woolworths as a Retail Account Growth Specialist. You will be responsible for managing and growing this key account, developing and executing account-specific strategies to maximise mutual growth opportunities.

Your expertise will drive category growth and achieve sales objectives through joint business planning and commercial negotiations. You will work closely with key decision-makers within Woolworths and internally at Logical Executive Solutions to ensure a strong, long-term relationship.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive category growth and achieve sales objectives.
  • Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions and commercial negotiations with Woolworths.
  • Monitor and analyse market trends, category performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within Woolworths and internally at Logical Executive Solutions.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of key account management experience in the FMCG/retail industry, with a strong preference for experience managing Woolworths or similar major retail accounts.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of retail industry and supermarket operations.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Advanced category management expertise with a strategic mindset.
