We are seeking a skilled Broadcast Support Technician to join our team.

About the Role
  • Support studio production equipment, Field/ENG production equipment, and broadcast infrastructure, including Master Control, Editing, Transfers (Ingest/News Exchange), Graphics, and control rooms.
  • Repair, maintain, and troubleshoot broadcast equipment and IT systems, ensuring high uptime and reliability while following established procedures and adhering to safety and change management policies.
  • Liaise effectively with operational staff, vendors, and third-party providers to resolve issues, manage support needs, and coordinate network and system requirements.
  • Take ownership of technical development through self-education, proactive maintenance, and staying updated with emerging broadcast technologies.
Key Requirements
  • Background in broadcast engineering, IT, or production experience.
  • Familiarity with existing broadcast systems; project management, scripting, advanced IT admin, and installation experience; up to three areas of technical expertise preferred.
  • At least one or two expert-level areas; physically capable of handling and installing heavy broadcast equipment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, teamwork, and documentation abilities; foundational knowledge in electronics, television technology, IP networking, and OS administration.
