Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled broadcast engineer to join our engineering team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting complex broadcast systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain broadcast systems including routers, multiviewers, KVM systems, and automation systems.
  • Participate in project delivery across pre-staging, on-site installation, and client handover.
  • Manage support desk tickets, identifying and resolving technical issues raised by customers or during maintenance windows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system faults both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance, repairs, and technical issues in our support tracking system.
  • Create, update, and maintain customer knowledge base articles, internal procedures, and technical documentation.
  • Prepare system documentation, diagrams, and operational handover materials.
  • Attend training programs, gain experience, and develop a strong understanding of broadcast systems and technology.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar broadcast, AV, or systems integration role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals (VLANs, multicast, PTP).
  • Experience with broadcast infrastructure such as SDI/IP routers, KVM systems, and video processing.
  • Strong analytical and systematic fault-finding skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new technologies and translate into practical use.

Nice to Have:

  • Hands-on experience with video-over-IP (ST2110, NMOS).
  • Experience with system monitoring and SNMP tools.
