As a Broadcast Engineer, you will be part of our engineering team based in Sydney. Your key responsibilities will include designing and deploying complex broadcast and AV systems with a strong focus on IP-based workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, maintain, and support broadcast and AV systems including routers, Multiviewers, KVM systems, and automation systems.
  • Participate in project delivery across pre-staging, on-site installation, and client handover.
  • Manage support desk tickets identifying and resolving technical issues raised by customers or during maintenance windows.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system faults both remotely and on-site.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance repairs and technical issues in our support tracking system.
  • Create update and maintain customer knowledge base articles internal and technical procedures.
  • Prepare system documentation diagrams and operational handover materials.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar broadcast AV or systems integration role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to achieving goals.
  • Solid understanding of IP networking fundamentals VLANs Multicast PTP.
  • Experience with broadcast infrastructure such as SDI/IP routers KVM systems and video processing.
  • Strong analytical and systematic fault-finding skills.
