This role involves working on a strategic departmental initiative to modernise and streamline the end-to-end recruitment process. It requires collaboration with stakeholders to translate insights into practical system and process improvements, driving automation, and ensuring alignment with departmental objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Business Requirements: Develop business requirements and workflow design for recruitment process improvements, including translating stakeholder insights into actionable system and process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with employment delegates, panel chairs, HR staff, and business support teams to gather insights and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Automate Workflow: Identify opportunities for automation using platforms like Springboard or PowerApps to streamline approvals, documentation, and candidate communications.
  • Evaluate Alignment: Ensure all process improvements align with departmental goals, compliance standards, and workforce strategy initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Additionally, experience with recruitment process improvement, automation, and workflow integration is highly desirable.
