Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process for Queensland, ensuring timely and effective hiring of high-caliber talent to meet business needs. This individual will possess excellent planning and organizational skills to manage high-volume recruitment for blue-collar and professional positions.

As a technical expert within recruitment and HR, this specialist will partner with employees at all levels of the business to provide advice and guidance as required. Key responsibilities include driving end-to-end talent acquisition activity, attracting and selecting high-caliber talent, and providing strategic sourcing and selecting advice to hiring managers.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, maintain accurate and adequate reporting of recruitment activity, and work closely with other talent acquisition & people operations specialists to share learnings and insights.
