Business Analyst Role Summary

This role involves working closely with stakeholders to shape business requirements, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of process changes that align with strategic priorities.

As a Business Analyst, you will work in an Agile environment, manage competing priorities, and navigate complex issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with stakeholders to define and document business needs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for process enhancements.
  • Contribute to the execution of the National Product Roadmap by analysing feature requests, documenting requirements, and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into feasible, well-scoped technical solutions.
  • Facilitate alignment across service lines and regions through workshops, working groups, and ongoing collaboration to validate priorities and proposed changes.
  • Document current and future state processes and identify opportunities to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort.

You will assist with user acceptance testing, coordinate rollout plans, and help prepare the business for successful adoption of new features and changes.

Our ideal candidate has experience as a Business Analyst across both discovery and delivery phases, skills in documenting user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows, and experience working on digital product initiatives involving process improvements.
