Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive unit growth and increase market share by exceeding sales targets.
  • Organise and execute educational functions within allocated budgets.
  • Meet required standards for sales calls, which may involve travel and working away from home based on business needs.
  • Plan and coordinate events, such as dinner presentations and medical center luncheons.
  • Collaborate effectively with the territory team to achieve collective success.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
  • Enhance and maintain a high level of technical and professional expertise, including selling skills.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Hold tertiary qualifications, ideally in Science, Medicine, or Business.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in Respiratory or Diabetes is a plus, though not essential.
  • Pharmaceutical Expertise: Preferably have at least 2 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
  • Territory Management: Experience in field sales or territory management will be highly regarded.
  • Resilient & Persistent: Demonstrate resilience and perseverance in the face of challenges.
  • Interpersonal Excellence: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Learning Aptitude: Show a keen ability to learn complex technical information and master selling techniques.
