Expert Payroll Specialist

Job Description:
">We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented payroll specialist to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, SAP SuccessFactors experience, and excellent analytical skills.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Process end-to-end payroll for employees across corporate offices.">
- Maintain accurate employee records in SAP SuccessFactors, including onboarding, offboarding, and changes to employment conditions.">
- Ensure compliance with Australian legislation, Modern Awards, and internal policies.">
- Reconcile and submit statutory obligations including PAYG, superannuation, payroll tax, and STP.">
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Project Managers to ensure correct cost allocations and project-based reporting.">
- Support internal and external audits through accurate recordkeeping.">
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvement initiatives.">
- Assist with SAP SuccessFactors upgrades, testing, and automation projects.">
Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a payroll officer.">
- Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors for payroll processing and reporting.">
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, ideally within the property or construction industries.">
- High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.">
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.">
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other payroll reporting tools.">
