As a dedicated customer service professional, you will play a vital part in our team.

Our clients appreciate outstanding service, and we provide full training and ongoing support to ensure your success.

This is a permanent part-time position (2 days / 15.2 hours per week), working Thursday and Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.

We're seeking someone flexible who can increase hours as needed, such as for leave coverage.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Providing administrative support to clinicians
  • Efficiently managing clinic operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Managing the phone line and shared email inbox
  • Billing clients correctly and handling payments
  • Learning and using various software and applications

Requirements include:

  • Prior experience in face-to-face customer service or administration
  • A passion for delivering an amazing client experience
  • Great communication and active listening skills
  • Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and within a team
  • Focus on results and the best possible outcomes
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids
