
Hearing Health Advocate

Delivering exceptional customer service and making a difference in people's lives is at the heart of this role. As a Client Care Representative, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding service to our predominantly older clientele, helping them manage their hearing health.
This is a part-time position (approximately 15-20 hours per week) with flexible working hours scheduled between Thursday and Friday. We're looking for someone with the flexibility to increase hours as needed.
This diverse client-facing role involves welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes. Your responsibilities will include scheduling and confirming appointments, providing administrative support to clinicians, efficiently managing day-to-day operations, and more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and managing their experience for optimal outcomes
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Providing administrative support to clinicians (Audiologists/Audiometrists)
- Efficiently managing day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Managing the clinic phone line and shared email inbox
- Billing clients correctly and taking payments
- Learning and using software and applications
We're looking for someone with prior experience in face-to-face customer service and/or administration. A passion for delivering an amazing client experience is essential, along with great communication and active listening skills. Resilience, self-motivation, and lots of energy are also key qualities we're seeking.
You should have excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and effectively within a team. A focus on results and the best possible outcomes is crucial, as well as intermediate computer skills. An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids is also beneficial.
