Workplace Rehabilitation Specialist

About the Role
- Deliver assessments and counseling to individuals facing a sudden change in their career goals and circumstances.
- Conduct assessments to guide clients toward new career paths.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs to assist injured employees in returning to the workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit workplaces to understand the challenges faced by injured and ill workers and educate employers on the health benefits of good work practices.
- Develop strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
What We Offer
- Up to 8 days of additional leave per year – 4 ‘YOU’ days of extra leave, pet leave, and volunteering leave, as well as paid study leave.
