JOB OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst within ProSidian Consulting's Air Force Engagement Team, you will be instrumental in supporting the mission of integrating wartime-ready Individual Reserve (IR) forces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Analysis:

  • Engage with a team of subject matter experts to create technical deliverables and presentation materials that bolster the mission.
  • Provide specialized knowledge in business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements management to enhance project management and communication strategies.
  • Generate task-specific reports, analyses, and documentation to facilitate informed decision-making and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Document existing processes and environments, assess requirements, and formulate implementation strategies for process enhancement, human capital management, and technological advancements.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR CANDIDATES:

  • Master's degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree with relevant experience considered.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business analysis, enterprise analysis, and requirements management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Innovative mindset with a capacity for adaptability.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Proficient in multitasking with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • U.S. Citizenship required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
