We are seeking a Business Analyst to provide essential Sector-related Solutions on behalf of our clients.

JOB OVERVIEW

As a Business Analyst with ProSidian Consulting, you will be instrumental in supporting key missions aimed at enhancing operational readiness and integration.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Business Analysis:

  • Collaborate with a diverse team of experts to create technical documentation and presentation materials that align with our mission.
  • Offer specialized knowledge in business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements management to enhance project management and communication strategies.
  • Generate detailed reports, analyses, and other documentation to facilitate informed decision-making and collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Assess current processes and environments, analyze requirements, and formulate implementation strategies for process enhancements, workforce management, and technological advancements.

Desired Qualifications for Business Analyst Candidates:

  • Master's degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree considered with relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, enterprise analysis, and requirements management.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Innovative mindset with a capacity for adaptability.

Skills Required

  • Proficient in multitasking with a keen attention to detail.
  • Outstanding analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
  • U.S. Citizenship Required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
