JOB OVERVIEW
As a Business Analyst with ProSidian Consulting's Air Force Engagement Team, you will be instrumental in supporting the mission of the Air Reserve Personnel Center and the Headquarters Readiness and Integration Organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Business Analysis:
- Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to create technical documentation and presentation materials that align with the mission objectives.
- Provide expertise in business analysis planning, enterprise analysis, requirements analysis, and requirements management to enhance project management and communication strategies.
- Generate task-specific reports, analyses, and other materials to facilitate decision-making and collaboration among stakeholders.
- Document existing processes, analyze requirements, and formulate implementation plans for process enhancements, human capital management, and technological improvements.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher preferred; Bachelor's degree considered with relevant experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business analysis, enterprise analysis, and requirements management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Innovative mindset with a capacity for adaptability.
Skills Required:
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
