About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Clicks IT Recruitment. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving ICT innovations that directly impact educational outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process Mapping and Analysis: Document and analyze current processes and workflows within the school's administrative and educational functions, identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Solution Development and Implementation: Develop and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement these improvements.
  • ICT Tool Implementation: Identify and implement ICT tools and systems that streamline processes and ensure these technologies are effectively integrated and utilized across the school.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform decision-making and track the progress of improvements, generating comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Work collaboratively with teachers, administrative staff, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
  • Change Management: Actively engage in change management processes, determining communication requirements and identifying stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a business analyst role, with a focus on ICT, particularly in the rollout of Microsoft 365. Experience in an educational setting is highly desirable.
  • Skills: Proficient in process mapping and workflow tools, data analysis software, and ICT systems used in educational institutions. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
