We are seeking a skilled administrative professional to join our team as a Medical Workforce Support Specialist.
About the Role
This role provides high-quality support and coordination services to key stakeholders within the medical workforce, ensuring seamless operational delivery and exceptional customer experience.
- Design, deliver, and maintain a sustainable medical workforce model
- Provide expert advice and assistance to senior leaders on medical officer employment and workforce planning
- Cultivate strong relationships with internal stakeholders to drive business outcomes and achieve strategic objectives
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing effective administrative systems and processes to support the medical workforce
