The Medical Workforce Support Unit provides advice and assistance to executive directors and medical service directors in relation to medical officer employment.
Key Responsibilities- Source and engage locum medical officers across Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service.
- Recruit, engage, and retain doctors in training across the region.
- Contribute within a team-based environment to deliver high-quality medical workforce support services.
- High-level proficiency in administrative skills, keyboard, and Microsoft Office skills.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to perform duties independently.
- Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of corporate policy and legislative requirements.
