About the role:

The Organisational Development Advisor designs, coordinates, and delivers programs promoting employee engagement, talent development, and high performance across the organisation.

This position provides subject matter expertise to utilise effective people processes, build capability, and support an inclusive culture, enabling people to perform at their best and deliver to the business' goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building next-generation talent through the coordination of the Graduate program, delivering a "best-in-class" program targeted at developing identified future skill sets.
  • Measure and monitor program success, prepare reports for the Graduate Steering Committee and management, and enhance program elements as identified to attract and retain key talent.
  • Administer the annual talent review program and development planning for high-potential employees.
  • Support managers to ensure all identified key talent have robust development plans in place to engage and retain them.
  • Design career pathways and update existing pathways to provide guidance on career progression opportunities for employees in our business.
  • Provide career consultation services to employees, offering advice and individual development coaching.
  • Responsible for the administration and communication of the performance management process, including year-end execution and calibration, partnering with HRBPs and supporting managers to complete the process in line with business protocols.
  • Administer and facilitate calibration sessions in People Central (Success Factors) for each business unit and executive management team.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualification in HR, Psychology, Business, or a relevant area.
  • Solid work experience in Organisational Development roles, supporting and developing OD and/or L&D programs.
  • Understanding of personal development tools, such as DISC or similar instruments and competency frameworks, to enable individual and team development.
  • Supporting early talent development programs and administering talent management processes to enable targeted development in line with business needs.
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders and consulting across various levels of an organisation, customising OD solutions to fit the business' needs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor communications to various audiences across the business.
  • Proven HR system administration skills, preferably SAP and SuccessFactors (Performance & Goals), or other HRIS systems.
  • Intermediate MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
