Job Opportunity: Senior Bookkeeper

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client portfolios and undertake full function bookkeeping duties.
  • Process payroll for clients and manage the AP and AR process.
  • Prepare and lodge BAS statements for clients.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with queries related to their bookkeeping.
  • Onboard new clients and assist junior bookkeepers when required.
  • Oversee workflow and identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • A strong knowledge of bookkeeping processes, including Cert IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent.
  • Experience using cloud-based software.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
  • A high attention to detail and organized approach to work.
