About the Opportunity

Seeking an experienced commercial property manager to oversee a portfolio of circa 190 inner city based commercial, retail and industrial tenancies. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing relationships with landlords and tenants, ensuring compliance with legislation and building requirements, and handling trust accounting and financial reporting.

About the Role

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of commercial properties, including lease renewals, rent reviews, budgets and reconciliations.
  • Build strong working relationships with landlords and tenants to drive business outcomes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Prepare and manage trust accounts and financial reports.

What You'll Need

  • A minimum of [X] years of commercial property management experience.
