Key Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day management of a large and varied client portfolio.
  • Act as primary client contact, working closely with the responsible partner.
  • Manage and mentor a small team (2–3 staff), fostering growth and capability.
  • Deliver clear, concise communication on complex matters to clients.
  • Apply strong technical skills across a diverse client base, with a focus on property and construction.
  • Contribute to firm's growth and development through leadership and innovation.
  • Bonus: Business development mindset – though not essential.
About You
  • 8+ years' experience in Professional Services
  • 3 – 4 years managing a team
  • Business development experience
  • Previous experience managing a team
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Strong Communication Skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Committed to continuing professional development
  • Has developed internal and external network of specialists, professionals and associations
