Job Description
  • Lead nationwide operations across multiple complex commercial contracts.
  • Play a key role in driving performance and overseeing national operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years' experience in Account Management or Operations Management within soft FM or commercial cleaning.
  • Proven success managing multi-site, large-scale teams and diverse contracts.
  • Strong commercial expertise with budgeting, financial reporting, and stakeholder negotiations.
  • Solid understanding of HR practices, industrial relations, and team leadership principles.
