About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Manager to lead our sales efforts in Central Regional NSW. As part of our high-performing Field Sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strong relationships with key customers.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in similar roles, with excellent planning and organizational skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication abilities.

You will be required to travel extensively throughout the region, with an average of 1 overnight stay per week. This is a fantastic opportunity to thrive in a role that offers autonomy and results-driven accountability.

In this position, you will:

  • Manage an assigned sales territory (Central Regional NSW), driving the performance of our portfolio across key grocery outlets
  • Develop and maintain strong and long-term customer partnerships
  • Complete field reporting and increase promotional effectiveness
  • Utilize initiative, planning, time management, and selling skills to identify opportunities to increase sales and ensure maximum return from your total territory
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Sales experience gained from FMCG or Grocery, preferably with strengths in developing new customer relationships and servicing existing clients
  • Exceptional planning and organisational skills, with a proven ability to successfully juggle multiple priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-management and motivation
  • Pride in your role and passion for representing our brands across Breakfast and Snacks categories
  • A clean driver's licence
