Job Description

Greenhouse is seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for the ANZ region.

This role will be responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline creation, and revenue growth through integrated campaigns, account-based marketing, and regional events.

  • Develop and execute regional marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  • Partner with sales leadership to ensure alignment and create targeted programs that support sales goals.
  • Own the regional marketing calendar, managing integrated campaigns, events, webinars, and ABM programs from concept to completion.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in B2B field marketing, with a focus on demand generation and pipeline creation.
  • Demonstrated experience marketing to the ANZ region.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
