About the Role

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to market our products and services within a defined territory, achieving set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

  • The ideal candidate will prepare sales and territory plans, identifying commercial opportunities and reporting on progress.
  • Maintaining excellent customer relationships is crucial, with a focus on imparting product knowledge and technical information.
  • The successful candidate will ensure all expenses and administrative tasks are executed efficiently, following up on customer commitments and requests.
  • Sales activities and opportunities will be accurately recorded in our customer relationship management system.
  • Occasional participation in marketing events, such as seminars and workshops, may be required.
  • Ethical, lawful, and compliant business practices are essential.
Your Qualifications

A university degree in nursing, science, medicine, business, or a related field is preferred. A minimum of 3 years' sales experience in medical devices or 5 years in another discipline is required.

  • A valid driver's license and work rights in Australia are essential.
  • Strong self-management skills, including independently driving results and managing multiple stakeholders, are necessary.
  • Experience with complex sales processes and planning/execution of sales and territory plans is beneficial.
