Regional Sales Manager Opportunity

A business opportunity exists for a driven and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager to join our team in a dynamic field sales role.

As a key member of our Field Sales team, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with major customers and driving sales to achieve display and sales targets within your assigned territory while maintaining high standards in execution and compliance of in-store activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains relationships with Key Customers (store and Area/Regional Managers) to maximise sales opportunities each session.
  • Meets with Key customer contacts to Upsell major activities and negotiate additional display activity.

In-Store Execution:

  • Ensures Quality, Freshness, and Standards of in-store execution meet the Field Action Standards set under the My Perfect Store Guidelines.
  • Develops a plan to achieve all display and Execution Quality targets outlined in the Activity Execution Guide.
  • Ensures the Availability of all POS Material for activations in-store, including ordering all POS to Local Sheds in a timely manner.
Requirements:

You must have a passion for field sales and a drive to succeed. You will need to be a confident communicator with the ability to influence and build relationships, having a proven track record in achieving sales targets.

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled negotiator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with key customers and drive sales growth through effective in-store execution and customer engagement.
