About the Role

The Team Leader, Relocations is a critical position within our organization that leads a team of relocation officers in supporting renters through their relocation journey.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain partnerships in a complex environment.

They will also have a sound understanding of Victoria's social housing system, including the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and public housing policies and procedures.

  • Lead various relocation projects across the Big Housing Build and other capital works projects within agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • Cultivate effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive service outcomes.
  • Contact renters to discuss their relocation needs and expectations.
