We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our relocations team. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be client-focused, and have experience in managing complex environments.

About the Role

This role involves working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support renters through the relocation process. Key responsibilities include leading various relocation projects across different sites within agreed timeframes, coaching and mentoring staff members to improve their service delivery competencies, and contacting renters to discuss their relocation needs and manage renter expectations.

Key Accountabilities Include:
  • Leading relocation projects to achieve successful outcomes.
  • Coaching and mentoring staff members to enhance their performance.
  • Managing renter expectations and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Australian citizenship, permanent resident status, or a valid work permit or visa.
  • Experience in Victoria's social housing system, including knowledge of the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and public housing policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
