Job Opportunity: Relocation Expert

The role of the Mobility Specialist is part of a national team that delivers an extensive range of assignment management and relocation related services to corporate clients.

Reporting to the Mobility Manager, the responsibilities include:
- Supporting relocating employees with pre-departure, on-arrival and settlement activities associated with moving both internationally and domestically
- Coordinating domestic and international relocations
- Relationship development with clients and service partners

In addition to the coordination of relocation activities, the Mobility Specialist maintains the day-to-day responsibility for their accounts including reporting, database management and invoicing.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Supporting clients relocating employees with pre-departure, on-arrival and settlement activities
  • Coordinating domestic and international relocations
  • Maintaining client relationships
  • Managing accounts including reporting, database management and invoicing

Requirements:

  • Relocation or Assignment Management experience - at least 3 years
  • Good understanding of the role Human Resources plays within an organisation in regards to employee movements
  • A commitment and passion to deliver outstanding customer service
  • A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships
  • Be detail orientated with the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A track record managing multiple deadlines, responding promptly and accurately to customer enquiries
  • The ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • An intermediate to advanced skill level in Word, Excel
