Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to fill the role of Case Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering a superior end-to-end relocation experience to our clients, ensuring that their needs are met through efficient case management, policy compliance, advocacy, and escalation resolution.

As a key member of our team, the Case Manager will play a critical role in managing expectations, proactively administering relocation policies and entitlements, and communicating effectively with diverse stakeholders, including ADF Members, relocation service providers, and other internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interpret complex policies and legislation. They will also demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

In addition to these core responsibilities, the Case Manager will also be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our relocation services.
