Workplace Services Coordinator

We are seeking a key professional to support the facilities manager and team in delivering efficient workplace services. This role will ensure safe, compliant, and smooth operation of the environment while delivering excellent service to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and guidelines across the assigned portfolio.
- Maintain a safe and well-serviced workplace environment.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, inspections, and asset upkeep to agreed standards.
- Support vendor management, including work orders, purchase requests, and vendor administration.
- Assist with resource estimation, tracking, and reporting.
- Prepare and maintain facilities-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Respond to risks, incidents, hazards, and emergencies as required.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer-facing or service role.
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative, proactive, and solutions-focused.
