Job Opportunity

This is an exciting role for someone who thrives in a dynamic workplace environment.

The successful candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, manage meeting room bookings and event support, coordinate catering, and respond to workplace enquiries.

The ideal candidate will have a background in hospitality or reception services, excellent communication skills, and a warm, professional manner.

We are looking for a proactive team player with a genuine passion for providing great service and the ability to multi-task, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a professional welcome experience to all visitors and guests
  • Manage meeting room bookings, event support, and catering coordination
  • Respond to workplace enquiries via phone, email, and in person
  • Support workplace operations including mail handling, locker management, and inventory coordination
  • Conduct regular office floor checks, log maintenance or WHS issues, and liaise with service providers
  • Coordinate onboarding packs and technology setup for new starters
  • Assist with process improvements and contribute to a positive team culture

Requirements:

  • Background in hospitality, reception, or workplace concierge services (ideally within a corporate environment)
  • Certificate III in Hospitality (preferred)
