
Workplace Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Workplace Experience Officer to provide exceptional customer service and support our people, visitors, and guests across all corporate locations in Sydney's CBD.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a customer service environment, preferably in reception, shared serviced offices, facilities, or a concierge environment. They will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, stakeholder management skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
The successful applicant will be able to work independently, be self-driven, adaptable, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. They will also have strong administrative, planning, and coordination capabilities and be willing to drive/travel between office locations.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a range of administrative and office support services, including filing and records management, receipt and sorting, external courier bookings and deliveries, maintenance of registers, photocopying, compilation of data, statistics, and reports.
- Meet, greet, and assist a range of stakeholders, including employees, contractors, guests/visitors, and customers, maintaining a high standard of presentation and customer service.
- Coordinate and deliver the management of multiple meeting rooms, including technology operation, supporting events, and organization of catering.
- Coordinate the resolution of workplace experience issues, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Manage internal and external access to the main offices, providing security and safety instructions, induction, and direction to visitors, contractors, and service providers.
- Proven experience in a customer service environment.
- Experience in providing office support services in a busy office environment.
- Capacity to complete manual tasks and spend prolonged periods of time standing and walking.
- Strong written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Teams.
- Excellent administrative, planning, and coordination capabilities.
- Self-driven, adaptable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- A valid Driver's License and willingness to drive/travel between office locations.
