Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team in a full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in an administration role, with fleet and asset control desirable.

This role involves overseeing the day-to-day management of 150 vehicles and trailers, maintaining fleet databases, records, and documents, as well as ordering replacement and additional fleet, monitoring lease extensions and terminations, transfers, and disposal.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driver allocation and updates, vehicle monitoring system arrangements, ensuring policy and procedure are adhered to, and undertaking QA internal assessments and assisting with branch audits.

Additional responsibilities include accounts payable processing, assistance with supplier account setup, reconciliation of databases and reporting, and ad-hoc branch administrative duties as required.
