Advanced Practitioner Role Summary
The Advanced Practitioner is a critical role within our court case management stream, involving the management of complex and high-risk individuals who have committed offences.
This includes:
- Conducting comprehensive risk assessments and developing targeted case plans
- Providing evidence-based interventions and challenging negative behaviours
- Addressing underlying factors contributing to offending whilst ensuring compliance with court-ordered obligations
Successful candidates will possess expertise in best practice case management frameworks, including effective management of clients with complex needs and conducting thorough risk and needs assessments.
They will also be able to apply theoretical concepts to reduce risk and maximise individual outcomes, while providing leadership and support to staff responsible for operational service delivery.
