We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Manager to spearhead our promotional activation projects. With a focus on retention and portfolio growth, this role will be a key point of contact for clients, responsible for managing expectations, maintaining relationships, and ensuring timely project updates.

This opportunity presents a unique chance to lead a team of 2-3 AMs and contribute to the company's continued success. Our comprehensive support system, comprising management and internal sales support, will enable you to excel in your role and deliver exceptional results.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A proven track record in agency-side experience within the promotional activations space, with expertise in brand activations, experiential & events marketing, Point of Sale display, and/or promotional merchandise.
  • An eye for trends, ability to pay close attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience in multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Some experience in mentoring or managing staff, as well as exposure to working with brands in sports, liquor, or FMCG sectors.

In exchange for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary package up to $100k-$110k + Super + Bonus, along with access to beautiful central Sydney offices and a flexible working structure.
