**Job Description:**

As a Senior Promotion Operations Officer at TMGM, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of promotional operations, ensuring smooth processes and collaborating with various departments to deliver an optimal client experience.

This role requires strong data management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Review marketing promotion applications to ensure all eligibility criteria are met.
  • Set up client accounts according to marketing promotion requirements.
  • Provide stakeholders with advice on marketing promotion details and address related inquiries.
  • Handle large amounts of data related to various marketing promotions.
  • Organize and report data to support the marketing team in measuring campaign effectiveness.
  • Update and distribute Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and other departments to ensure a seamless client experience.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 2 years of experience in an operations team within the CFD industry or other financial industries.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven ability to oversee multiple projects concurrently.
  • Excellent collaboration skills and a team player attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (advanced Excel skills are an advantage).
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
