Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Bid Coordinator to provide strong and reliable support to our leadership team.

This is a unique and strategic role that supports our Sector Leadership team locally, while also collaborating with the Asia Pacific New Zealand and Australia (APNA) Prospects and Submissions team to proactively contribute to work winning opportunities and in delivering strong submissions.

About the Role
  • Lead small to medium bids, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Contribute to major pursuits, developing strategy, messaging, and coordination
  • Own and develop complex submission sections, including methodology, value propositions, and executive summaries
  • Drive bid planning activities such as writing plans, review schedules, and compliance tracking
  • Provide quality oversight across all submission components to ensure alignment with bid strategy and client expectations
Key Responsibilities
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end bid processes across complex, multi-disciplinary teams
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
  • Stakeholder engagement capabilities, including coordination with sales, legal, finance, and technical teams
