Senior Expert Role

A leading global consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Consultant to join its advisory team in Perth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business case development, project assurance, and appraisal, with excellent client service skills and experience working on transport, energy, and water projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality advisory services including business case development, project assurance and appraisal, strategic advice, feasibility studies, and infrastructure prioritization
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate complex information to stakeholders, including government and private clients in various sectors
  • Lead and manage projects to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget, with reliable outcomes
  • Contribute to proposals and other business development activities to support the Infrastructure Advisory team and wider consultancy

Requirements:

  • Strong technical expertise in advising government clients on business cases, project assurance, and evaluation, particularly in transport engineering or planning
  • Proven ability to develop business cases and navigate WA and Federal government funding processes and applications
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders
  • Demonstrated project management expertise, with a focus on building strong client relationships and delivering successful projects
