Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering first-level technical and account support to our clients. You'll use your exceptional customer service skills to liaise with our clients over the phone and via email, ensuring that they receive a positive experience every time they interact with us.

  • Answer all incoming calls in a professional and efficient manner
  • Educate clients on our products and services
  • Troubleshoot any issues regarding terminals and enquiries
  • Guide our clients through activation processes
  • Resolve all complaints through effective communication skills and escalate when needed
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to identify or create innovative solutions
  • Record detailed and accurate notes of client enquiries in a timely manner

Our ideal candidate has previous experience in Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centre, an upbeat attitude, and a passion for customer experience and providing exceptional service.
