We are seeking a passionate and dedicated support professional to empower our clients with compassionate care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting individuals to develop and maintain independence, and advocate for their individual needs.
- Delivering personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using equipment and aids.
- Transporting clients in wheelchair-accessible vehicles and community access.
- Monitoring the well-being of clients and reporting on their progress.
